Contract Description
Tavoitteena on hankkia Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen terveydenhuollon ammattilaisten käyttöön digitaalinen hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin ohjelmisto, joka helpottaa ja nopeuttaa hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin tekemistä. Ohjelmisto parantaa palvelujen saatavuutta, ja kirjaamisen laatua sekä standardisoi ammattilaisten tekemiä arviointeja. Ohjelmiston tulee mahdollistaa asiakkaan itsenäinen oirearvioinnin täyttäminen, jolla pyritään edistämään hoidon tarpeen arvioinnin asiakaslähtöisyyttä. Hankittavan digitaalisen ohjelmiston tulee olla integroitavissa Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen Lifecare -asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmään. Lifecare on Tietoevry Care Oy:n toimittama digitaalinen palvelualusta.
