Contract Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Kiljavan Sairaala Oy:n osakekantaa koskeva myyntitoimeksianto. Kiljavan Sairaala Oy on Hyvinkään ja Järvenpään kaupunkien, Tuusulan, Mäntsälän ja Nurmijärven kuntien sekä HUS-kuntayhtymän omistama osakeyhtiö, jonka päätehtävänä on omistaa ja hallinnoida Kiljavan alueen noin 15.000 m² sairaalakampusta. Sairaalakampuksella sijaitsee sairaalarakennuksen lisäksi neljä asuinkäyttöön suunniteltua rakennusta sekä lämpövoimalaitos. Tällä hetkellä kampuksen sairaalarakennuksen päävuokralaisena noin 10.000 m² osalta on Keski-Uusimaan Hyvinvointialue KEU-SOTE. Vuokrasopimus on voimassa 31.12.2030 saakka. Palveluntuottaja vastaa kaikista myyntiprosessin vaiheista ja toimenpiteistä siten kuin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä on tarkemmin määritelty.
