Pyydämme Teiltä suunnittelutarjousta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaan. Tilaajana toimii Kemin kaupunki, jonka nimiin suunnittelusopimukset tehdään. Rakennuttajatehtäviä hoitaa Rakennustoimisto HTJ Oy. Rakennuskohde: Projektin nimi: Kemin uimahalli Rakennuttaja / tilaaja: Kemin kaupunki Laajuus: - uudisrakentamista noin 5 400 brm2 - olemassa olevan, vuonna 1967 rakennetun ja 1997 peruskorjatun ja laajennetun uimahallin 5156 brm2 purkaminen ennen uudisrakennuksen rakennusurakan käynnistymistä, uimahallin purkulupa on myönnetty ja lainvoimainen - pihajärjestelyiden uusiminen hankelaajuuden mukaan Käyttötarkoitus: Uimahalli Työmaan osoite: Meripuistokatu 28a, 94100 Kemi Suunnittelun osa-alueet: Suunnittelu jaetaan seitsemään eri osa-alueeseen: 1. Pääsuunnittelu, sis. tietomallikoordinointi 2. Arkkitehtisuunnittelu, sis. akustiikkasuunnittelu 3. Rakennesuunnittelu, sis. paloturvallisuussuunnittelu ja kosteudenhallintakoordinaattorin tehtävät 4. Pohjarakennesuunnittelu 5. LVIA-suunnittelu, sis. elinkaarisuunnittelu 6. Sähkösuunnittelu 7. Vedenkäsittelyjärjestelmien suunnittelu Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa suunnittelun osa-aluetta. Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi (1) palveluntuottaja. Vertailuperusteena on halvin tavoitehinta. Hankinta on tarkemmin kuvattu liitteessä yksi (1) tarjouspyyntö sekä muissa tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Hankinnan arvioidaan ylittävän hankintalain 26 § kynnysarvon.
