Contract Description
ZBC har hermed fornøjelsen at udbyde hovedentreprisekontrakt vedr. ”Fremtidens Skærehaller”. Projektet angår en transformation af den tidligere slagteriskole i skærehallerne. Projektet er beliggende på adressen; Maglegårdsvej 8, 4000 Roskilde. Og omfatter transformation af ca. 5690m2 heraf ca. 150m2 tilbygning i form af ny hovedindgang. Transformation kan deles op i to hovedområde, hvor område 1 på ca. 4070m2 har en større grad af transformation og de resterende ca. 1620m2 i højere grad er en opgradering af eksisterende lokaler. I tillæg til bygningen indeholdes i entreprisen de omkringliggende udeområder og gårdmiljøer. Entreprisen udføres i hovedentreprise på baggrund af udbudsmaterialet og en begrænset ”samprojekteringsfase”. Efter indgåelse af kontrakt med vindende byder, vil der være en periode til at indgå nødvendige UE-aftaler og mobilisere ressource til projektering, hvorefter rådgiverens og entreprenørens projekteringsforpligtelser sideløbende færdigprojekteres til et udførelsesprojekt (hovedprojekt). Det fremgår af byggesags- og arbejdsbeskrivelser hvor der indgår entreprenørprojektering. I øvrigt henvises til det øvrige aftalegrundlag i Entrepriseaftalens pkt. 3 for en nærmere beskrivelse af Projektet. Udbuddet gennemføres som et EU-udbud med forhandling, hvilket betyder udbuddet er opdelt i en prækvalifikationsfase og en tilbudsfase samt evt. forhandlingsfase. I entreprisens art og omfang indgår - foruden rollen som hovedentreprenør - fagområder og arbejdsvilkår som beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet, herunder tilbudsliste, bygningsdelsbeskrivelser og tegningsmateriale.
