Contract Description
Københavns Kommunes Klima, Miljø- og Teknikforvaltning ønsker at udbyde renhold af fortove og udvalgte gågader under den såkaldte Fortovsordning og Facademeterordning.Fortovsordningen og Facademeterordningen er to politisk vedtagne renholdelsesordninger, hvor Københavns Kommune har overtaget grundejernes renholdelsesforpligtelser på offentlige fortove og udfører renhold for grundejernes regning. Formålet med begge ordninger er at sikre et ensartet og regelmæssigt renhold i udpegede områder i København. Fortovsordningen og Facademeterordningen har været udliciteret siden den 1. januar 2019. Ordningerne har juridisk hjemmel i Vejlovens §§ 64-68. Det følger af Vejlovens §72, stk. 2, at arbejde udført for grundejers regning, skal udføres billigst muligt, hvilket er baggrunden for nærværende udbud. Ordningerne er takstbaseret.  Der udbydes i alt tre opgaver, hvoraf den ene er en option:- Renhold under Fortovsordningen- Renhold, ukrudtsbekæmpelse og vintertjeneste under Facademeterordningen, og- Option på renhold af midterareal og monumenter på gågader/strøgTilbud vurderes samlet og kontrakten tildeles efter laveste pris.Der afgives ikke internt kontrolbud.Den nye kontrakt vil have virkning fra 1. januar 2027.
