Contract Description
Vejdirektoratet har strategisk vurderet, at ydelsen bedst indkøbes på markedsvilkår fremfor at ansætte medarbejdere, idet opgaven kræver specialistkompetencer eller særlige faglige kompetencer, som ikke er til stede i Vejdirektoratet. Desuden kræver ydelsen droner eller flyvemaskine afhængigt af projektområderne størrelser. Vejdirektoratet vurderer at i fremtiden vil blive større behov for ydelserne og at de skal udføres med en højere frekvens, og i den nære fremtids står vi overfor at flere større projekter påbegyndes. Indgåelse af en rammeaftale, der dækker ydelserne vurderes som nødvendig. Ydelserne der er omfattet af rammeaftale, består af 3 delaftaler med ydelser indenfor: 1.Gentagne ortofoto af Vejdirektoratets projekter under anlægsfasen inkl. diverse supplerende ydelser 2.Punktskyer optaget med LIDAR inkl. samtidige ortofoto. 3.Højopløselige ortofoto. inkl. diverse supplerende ydelser
