Contract Description
Předmětem VZ je pořízení a ochraňování 100 tun sýrů tavených (dále také „sýry“). Sýry budou jako součást státních hmotných rezerv majetkem ČR. Správa jako zadavatel v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zajišťuje obranyschopnost a obranu státu, odstraňování následků krizových situací a ochranu životně důležitých hospodářských zájmů státu. Předmět VZ je rozdělen dle ust. § 35 zákona na 2 samostatné části, a sice: 1. část VZ: Pořízení a ochraňování 50 tun sýrů tavených. 2. část VZ: Pořízení a ochraňování 50 tun sýrů tavených.
