Contract Description
Le présent marché de services vise à la conclusion d’un accord-cadre au sens des articles 2, 35° et 43 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics. La S.A. « Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps », ci-après dénommée le Circuit, envisage de conclure cet accord-cadre, dont tous les termes sont fixés avec un nombre de sociétés de leasing. Pendant la durée de l’accord-cadre, la S.A. « Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps » sollicitera des offres de prix de leasing opérationnel auprès des soumissionnaires avec mise en concurrence. L’accord-cadre est conclu avec les sociétés de leasing sélectionnées par la notification à ceux-ci de l’approbation de leur offre.
