Contract Description
Visit Bruges is de naam waaronder de dienst voor toerisme van Stad Brugge bij het grote publiek gekend is. Toerisme Brugge kiest resoluut voor digitaal. De uitbouw van een performante digitale werking is noodzakelijk om relevant te blijven voor onze klanten, partners en stakeholders. Een kassasysteem en het systeem voor online verkoop van wandelingen en boottochten is essentieel om de bezoeker zoveel mogelijk kwaliteit en bezoekerscomfort te kunnen bieden. Deze systemen maken deel uit van een ruimer digitaal programma waarbij we met onze bezoeker kunnen connecteren, zowel fysiek als virtueel, op plaatsen en tijdstippen waar ze op zoek zijn naar inspiratie en informatie of zelf bereid zijn deze te delen (vb. via sociale media). In het bijzonder is het belangrijk om rekening te houden met het gebruiksgemak voor zowel de interne gebruikers, samenwerking met partners, maar ook voor de bezoeker. In dit project dient de migratie van de huidige systemen naar de nieuwe systemen en een vlotte overgang in rekening gebracht te worden. Alle systemen dienen met elkaar, met het boekhoudpakket van de stad alsook met de website van Visit Bruges en andere systemen geïntegreerd te worden. Hierdoor dient er rekening gehouden te worden met heel wat verschillende stakeholders en actoren.
