Contract Description
BaumaÃnahme H92 KiHa PollnstraÃe â Neubau einer sechsgruppigen, zweigeschossigen Kindertagesstätte mit viergruppiger Kinderkrippe (U3), zweigruppigem Kindergarten (Ã3) sowie integrierten barrierefreien Wohnungen. PollnstraÃe 5a und 5b, 85221 Dachau. Holzbau mit Brettsperrholzkonstruktion in Sichtqualität, hinterlüftete WeiÃtanne-Fassade Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von maÃgefertigten Einbaumöbeln einschlieÃlich Werkstatt- und Montageplanung für sämtliche Funktionsbereiche der KiTa. Die Leistungen gliedern sich in vier Bereiche: Garderoben (4Krippengarderobe à 13 Plätze, 4 Kindergartengarderobe à 13 Plätze, 2 Anbauelemente, 1 Schuhregal mit magnetischer Pinnwand), Sanitärräume (4 Wickelkommoden mit integrierter Kindertreppe, Waschbecken und Wickelfläche, 4 Regalbretter), Teeküchen (2 Teeküchen Kindergarten, 2 Teeküchen Kinderkrippe mit kindgerechten Auszügen und Sockelpodesten, 1 Teeküche Personalraum, jeweils einschlieÃlich Elektrogeräte: 7 Einbau-Kühlschränke, 5 Geschirrspüler, 2 Backöfen, 2 Backöfen mit Mikrowellenfunktion, 1 Mikrowelle), Schränke und Regalanlagen (4 Regalanlagen für Krippengruppen, 1 raumhohe Regalwand mit Sitznische, 1 Sitzstufenanlage L-Form). Alle Möbel gemäà DIN EN 438, kindgerecht gemäà DIN EN 71-3, DIN EN 14749 und DIN EN 16121.
