Contract Description
Die GVE Grundstückverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH wurde mit der Durchführung von Planungs- und Umsetzungsschritten für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr in Werden/Heidhausen für die Stadt Essen beauftragt. Damit verbunden sind die Baufeldfreimachung und der Rückbau des Bestandes. Das bestehende Gebäude wurde um 1962 in Massivbauweise errichtet und verfügt über ein teilweise oberirdisches Kellergeschoss, ein Erdgeschoss, ein Obergeschoss und einen angrenzenden Schlauchturm. Die Wache wird durch einen Neubau ersetzt.
