Contract Description
PÅedmÄtem plnÄnà této veÅejné zakázky je dodávka nerezového nábytku (mobiliáÅe) vyrobeného na zakázku dle projektové a výkresové dokumentace zadavatele (dále a výše jen âvybavenÃâ) pro potÅeby Motolského onkologického centra FNMH (nebo také âNárodnà onkologické centrumâ). NabÃzené vybavenà musà splÅovat technické požadavky na pÅedmÄt plnÄnà stanovené zadavatelem, a to v rozsahu stanoveném v pÅÃloze Ä. 1 smlouvy o dÃlo â Technická specifikace dÃla a Projektová a výkresová dokumentace. SouÄástà pÅedmÄtu plnÄnà je dále: (i.) Výroba mobiliáÅe dle projektové a výkresové dokumentace zadavatele, (ii.) ZamÄÅenà skuteÄného stavu prostor, (iii.) Zpracovánà dÃlenské dokumentace, (iv.) Statické posouzenà konstrukÄnÃch prvků, (v.) Dopravu na mÃsto plnÄnÃ, (vi.) Kompletnà montáž, (vii.) Silikonové zapravenà a finálnà dokonÄovacà práce, (viii.)PÅedánà mobiliáÅe způsobilého k Åádnému užÃvánÃ.
