Predmetom zákazky je vypracovanie a odovzdanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni vykonávacà projekt (Äalej len âprojektová dokumentácia") podľa SadzobnÃka pre navrhovanie ponukových cien projektových prác a inžinierskych Äinnosti UNIKA v platnom znenà a v rozsahu prÃlohy Ä. 18 Vyhlášky Ãradu pre územné plánovanie a výstavby SR Ä. 60/2025 Z. z. o Å¡truktúre a prevádzke informaÄného systému územného plánovania a výstavby, o obsahu podanà a obsahu a rozsahu dokumentácie stavby (Äalej len âvyhláška Ä. 60/2025 Z. z.") pre zhotovenie stavby. Predmetom zákazky bude dodanie projektovej dokumentácie aj v 3D modeli. SúÄasÅ¥ou predmetu zákazky je aj projektový dohľad projektanta a uskutoÄnenie stavebných prác na investiÄnej akcii na parcele Ä. 726/120, LV Ä. 3, k. u. Sielnica. Pozemok je majetkovoprávne vysporiadaný vo vlastnÃctve SR a v správe MO SR.
