Tämän tarjouspyynnön (âTarjouspyyntöâ) kohteena oleva hankintasopimus (âSopimusâ) koskee perusopetuslain (628/1998) 32 §:n sekä Tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisia koulukuljetuksia Hausjärven kunnan peruskoulujen lukuvuosina 2026â2027 ja 2027â2028. Tilaajalla (Hausjärven kunta) on oikeus käyttää sopimuskauden päättyessä lukuvuoden 2028â2029 koulukuljetuksia koskeva optio Tarjouspyynnössä ja Sopimuksessa määrätyllä tavalla.
