Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usÅuga polegajÄ ca na peÅnieniu funkcji inwestora zastÄpczego poprzez: 1) peÅnobranżowy nadzór inwestorski nad realizacjÄ dokumentacji projektowej, 2) udziaÅ w przygotowaniu i prowadzeniu postÄpowania przetargowego na wybór Generalnego Wykonawcy robót budowlanych, 3) udziaÅ w przygotowaniu harmonogramu rzeczowo-finansowego realizacji inwestycji, 4) zarzÄ dzanie zmianami, np. projektowymi, organizacyjnymi, itp., 5) peÅnobranżowy nadzór inwestorski / techniczny nad realizacjÄ robót budowlanych zakoÅczony uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkownie budynku oraz raportem koÅcowym z rozliczenia modernizacji, 6) kontrolowanie usuwania wad i usterek zgÅoszonych w okresie udzielonej przez Projektanta lub Generalnego WykonawcÄ robót budowlanych rÄkojmi za wady i gwarancji na wykonanÄ dokumentacjÄ projektowÄ lub zrealizowane roboty budowlane, 7) udziaÅ w przeglÄ dzie przed ostatecznym upÅywem terminu gwarancji udzielonej przez Generalnego WykonawcÄ robót budowlanych oraz rÄkojmi za wady.
