Contract Description
Die FairNetz GmbH plant die Errichtung einer Abwasserwärmepumpe und eines GroÃwärmespeichers im Rahmen des Projekts zur Dekarbonisierung der Reutlinger Fernwärme. Um die Wärmeerzeugung und den Wärmeverbrauch zeitlich voneinander zu entkoppeln soll als weitere MaÃnahme ein GroÃwärmespeicher mit einem Speichervolumen von ca. 5.000 m³ errichtet werden. Dieser ermöglicht den Erzeugungsanlagen (Wärmepumpe und BHKWs) eine möglichst stromoptimierte, marktpreissignal-orientierte Fahrweise. Im Ãbergabegebäude wird die Anlagentechnik für den Transport des geklärten Abwassers vom Klärwerk West zum Betriebsgelände der FairNetz GmbH (hauptsächlich Pumpen und Rohrleitungen) untergebracht. Diese Anlagentechnik ist jedoch nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Ebenso wird die Verbindungsleitung zwischen dem Betriebsgelände und dem Klärwerk, sowie das Wärmepumpengebäude und dessen Anlagentechnik separat ausgeschrieben. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst ausschlieÃlich die Planung (nach HOAI LPH 5 - 8) des Ãbergabegebäudes auf dem Klärwerk West inkl. dessen Gründung (Aushebung und Entsorgung Erdreich und Fundamente), sowie den Anschluss an die bestehende Klärwerkstechnik (Bau von Anschlussschächten, Verlegung der bestehenden Messstation). Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung (Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume) nach § 34 HOAI sowie der Fachplanung (Leistungsbild Technische Anlagen) nach § 55 HOAI (LPH 5 - 8) (Grundleistungen sowie bestimmte besondere Leistungen).
